We prioritise using natural materials, steering clear of toxic dyes and inks, and opting for natural oils instead.

We take pride in crafting our products with a keen focus on children's safety. Each item is carefully manufactured from solid, responsibly-sourced materials. We take great care in our manufacturing processes to ensure the utmost quality and safety standards are upheld.
Safety Certification
While an EN safety certificate is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. This certificate signifies that a product has undergone testing by an independent and verified institute, ensuring it meets the required safety standards. Compliance with European safety standards ultimately falls under the responsibility of the manufacturer.

You have the convenience of placing your order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, you can expect to receive an email confirmation within 12 hours. Should you not receive the confirmation within this timeframe, we kindly advise checking your spam folder. If it remains elusive, please reach out to us via email, and we will promptly address the issue. Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we regretfully cannot accommodate any amendments.
Out of Stock Items
No need for concern! In the event of an item being out of stock, customers can sign up on the product page to receive notifications once it becomes available again.

Important Note
Regrettably, once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the delivery address. Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery details before completing your purchase.
Delivery Countries
We currently provide delivery services to the main countries in Europe. Additionally, we are in the process of extending our delivery service to the UK. (Please note that islands are excluded from delivery coverage.) If your country is not listed, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will do our utmost to assist you.
Delivery Timeframe
Please allow us between 3-7 working days to deliver your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the country from which you make the purchase. We are committed to delivering your product as quickly as possible.
Delivery & Customs Charges
For orders exceeding €100, delivery is complimentary.
While our primary warehouse is located in Italy, please note that all orders destined for the UK are dispatched from our local UK warehouse. As a result, there will be no customs charges applicable to these shipments.
Missed Deliveries
If you miss your delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card, and they will likely attempt
delivery again on the next working day. However, to avoid any inconvenience, we strongly recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the delivery, such as a work address.

Return instructions
Should you need to return an item, please note that it must be sent back unassembled and in its original flat-packed condition. All returns should be securely sealed for transit. Please be aware that failure to adhere to these return requirements may result in our refusal to accept the returned goods. Additionally, please note that you are responsible for covering the delivery charges associated with returning an item. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Missing or Damaged Items
Accidents can occur, and if your order arrives with missing or broken pieces, please reach out to us at support@kuna-shops.com. We will promptly arrange for the delivery of replacement parts.
Total Breakage Resolution
In the rare occurrence of a delivery with a completely broken item, our team will liaise with you to determine whether you prefer a replacement product or a full refund. If you opt for a refund, please note that it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, although this timeframe may vary depending on your bank and the type of card used for the transaction.

Assembly Instructions
All our items are conveniently supplied flat-packed and require home assembly. Rest assured, the assembly process is straightforward and won't consume much of your time. Clear instructions are included to guide you through the process seamlessly. Please follow these instructions carefully and use the recommended tools. DO NOT use power drills, as they may cause the wood to split.
Damages during assembly
Please be aware that damaged parts can be replaced upon request. However, depending on the component, there may be costs associated with this service unless the error is demonstrably from KUNA. We strive to ensure your satisfaction and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
Warranty
Our standard product warranty provides coverage against manufacturing defects for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. It's important to note that misuse or inappropriate use of our products will not be covered under warranty. Each case will be carefully considered by our team to determine eligibility for warranty claims. We are committed to providing you with excellent service and ensuring your satisfaction with our products.
